Utah Dance Theatre
The UDT2/UDT dancer will dedicate focused effort to their ballet training through daily classes during the school year and intensive summer programs. They will layer other dance modalities into their performance experiences. Training in partnering begins and their dedication will prepare them to confidently enter into auditions for summer programs, universities, and professional companies.
UDT 2 and UDT represent our highest levels. These levels have a mandatory attendance policy for all styles of dance and only advance - notice absences will be honored. Auditions for performance roles and repertory will often be within specific level or combined within UDT/UDT2.

13 - 15 years old

Utah Dance Theatre 2 is the preparatory company for UDT. Advanced Skills are required, and 3-4 years of pointe work is expected.
Monday 4:00 - 7:30 pm, Ballet, pointe, Repertoire
Tuesday 5:30 - 8:45 pm, Ballet and Contemporary Wednesday 6:00---8:45 pm, Ballet and Jazz
Thursday 6:30 - 9:00 pm, Ballet and Pointe
Saturday 9:30 - 2:30 pm, Conditioning, Ballet, Variations, Repertoire
Annual tuition: $6350/payable in 10 payments of $635.

Utah Dance Theatre is our Pre-Professional Level. Advanced Skills and 4 - 5 years of pointe work is expected. By graduation, these dancer should have the skills and readiness for college applications and professional ballet company auditions.
